About the Director
Jessica Manning-Acebo is the founder and director. She holds her Masters degree and Bachelors degree in Education with an emphasis on Exceptional Students. She is a seasoned educator with over 12 years experience working with struggling students. She has worked in many positions throughout her career including: an inclusion teacher, a regular education teacher, special education director, reading specialist, intervention specialist, dyslexia specialist, pre-service teacher mentor, and student services coordinator.
Jessica has presented numerous trainings for pre-service teachers, current educators, and administrators related to topics of intervention and strategies to excel student achievement rapidly. Jessica has the remarkable ability to pinpoint a child’s area of need and provide direct, explicit, systematic instruction to accelerate learning. She is encouraging and possesses the ability to motivate students to give learning their best effort. She is passionate about education and believes that with the correct, individualized attention all students call reach their full potential.
